Obtain resource consent approval to create seven new industrial lots and carry out the work required to have new titles issued.
Vitruvius was involved from the initial stages of gaining resource consent approval from Council and completing the Land Transfer Survey, to lodging the final plans with LINZ for issuing of the new titles. Vitruvius managed the whole process which included liaising with the City Council, client’s solicitor and local Iwi.
