Our services include infrastructure engineering design, project management, surveying, construction & contract management and procurement.
What we need
Our growing workload in Auckland means that we require an experienced civil Infrastructure Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for maintaining our current client base and projects, exploring other business opportunities, growing the team capacity and identifying continual improvement initiatives. The team leader will also manage and review the financial, quality and productivity performance of the team in conjunction with the business leaders.
Candidates shall have NZ experience in delivering complex engineering projects, preferably in a leading role.
Previous rail experience is desirable but not essential.
Our preferred candidate will have experience in successfully delivering:
- Transportation Projects (Road & Rail);
- Three Waters Infrastructure;
- Land Development;
- Project & Design Management; and
- Client management and business development.
Candidates with a Bachelor of Engineering (Washington Accord) and minimum of 5 years of similar experience are welcome to apply.
Chartership is desirable but not essential for this role.
