The Senior Controls Manager will lead and manage the advisory, strategy, implementation and management of project and programme controls methodologies, procedures and systems on behalf of clients. This encompasses all scheduling and planning management, cost & budget management, risk management and document management systems. The role will continuously monitor the performance of projects in terms of deliverables including contractual and business objectives will ensure client objectives are met.
The role will deliver services sole for clients in the provision of the above specialist services when providing this service or within the context of a Vitruvius project team in delivery of a project.
The Senior Controls Manager will lead a team to support the delivery requirements of projects or programmes. This role is accountable for business development and service line performance and growth nationally.
The role will contribute to the Vitruvius processes and procedures as a subject matter expert in Project Controls.
The successful candidate will have:
- 8+ years experience in Project Controls Management
- Experience in projects of large scale and complexity across multiple disciplines
- Experience in providing advisory services to Principals
- Experience as a successful leader and people manager
- Advanced Primavera P6 User
