Who are we looking for?

The role requires a commercially astute forward thinking individual that is passionate about project management within the engineering industry.  This role will suit a positive, self-driven individual that enjoys building and manging client relationships whilst delivering specialist results.

The Brief:

The Project Manager is to independently lead and manage projects of a medium complexity from conception to completion.  The role will continuously monitor the portfolio of projects in terms of deliverables including contractual and business objectives and will ensure client objectives are met.  This position will be accountable for planning, directing, managing multiple resources and executing these projects.

This role will manage, monitor and control schedule, cost deliverables, risk and issue management and scope to meet/exceed client and key stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will build on existing and new client relationships to provide expert advice and implementation of robust delivery systems and process to help them realise their programme objectives.

It is critical for the role to adhere to all Vitruvius HSE policies, safety plans and HSE legislation, codes and practises.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Graduate diploma or degree in engineering or technical services
  • Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects spanning across different disciplines
  • Experience working on projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Work as part of a team and autonomously
