As a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than three decades’ experience delivering major transport and infrastructure projects across New Zealand and the UK, Neil founded Vitruvius in 2012 with a clear purpose: to build a consultancy grounded in trusted relationships, strategic clarity, and consistently high performance. Under his leadership, Vitruvius grew into a 60 person professional services firm recognised for disciplined governance, delivery excellence, and a culture that empowers people to do their best work.

In January 2026, Neil transitioned from an operational leadership position into full time governance role, ensuring continuity of the values and relationship driven ethos he instilled from the outset. In this capacity, he provides independent governance oversight—strengthening strategic direction, sharpening risk and assurance frameworks, and supporting the Managing Director and senior leaders as they carry the business forward. Throughout every stage of his career, Neil’s hallmark remains unchanged: a deep commitment to clear goals, strong relationships, and the delivery of meaningful, high quality outcomes that endure.

As Managing Director and a Director of Vitruvius, Andrew combines operational leadership with governance responsibility. He works alongside the Senior Leadership Team to guide day to day performance, while working with the Board to provide long term direction, organisational performance, and stewardship. His focus is on ensuring that strategic intent is clearly defined and consistently translated into practical delivery for Vitruvius’ people, clients, and the communities the company serves.

Within the Board environment, Andrew’s work centres on strategy development, financial oversight, and risk management. He is committed to upholding the values and standards that underpin Vitruvius, maintaining and strengthening its established culture, and further enhancing the organisation’s approach to partnering with clients through innovation, clarity and trust.

Andrew’s background spans more than two decades in infrastructure advisory and programme leadership throughout Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and remains actively involved in the sector, reflecting his long standing commitment to effective infrastructure outcomes and Vitruvius’ ongoing success.

Scott has been a Director of Vitruvius since early 2020 and plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and long term stewardship. In this role, he provides oversight across organisational strategy, financial performance, risk management, culture, and client engagement. He is committed to ensuring that Vitruvius continues to grow as a purpose driven, high performing company grounded in strong relationships and high trust among clients, partners and staff.

Scott’s career spans leadership across the water, transport, rail and land development sectors, where he has contributed to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects with a focus on quality, collaboration and long term value. A Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), he brings a disciplined and technically informed approach to governance. Early exposure to experienced directors helped shape his commitment to thoughtful decision making and continuous improvement, both through his work with Vitruvius and through governance roles on client projects.

Scott is passionate about people, culture and building an organisation where growth, learning and shared success underpin Vitruvius’ future direction.

Lynda has established a respected career as a chair, director, and governance advisor, drawing on more than twenty five years of experience supporting organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. Her current governance roles include Independent Chair of Flooring Xtra Licensing Limited, Chair of the New Zealand String Quartet Trust, Deputy Chair of ChemDry NZ Limited, and board member of the New Zealand String Quartet Foundation. She has previously chaired Wellington Water Limited, served as an independent member of the New Zealand Army Leadership Board, and led the New Zealand Institute of Management (Central).

Alongside her governance portfolio, Lynda is the Chief Executive Officer of Align Group — the consultancy she founded in 1997 to help organisations strengthen strategy, culture, governance, and performance. Align Group is known for its people centred, future focused approach, supporting leaders and boards to achieve clarity of direction and cohesive organisational alignment.

A Fellow of the Institute of Directors and an accredited Foresight Practitioner through the Institute for the Future in California, Lynda brings an approach grounded in strong relationships, clear purpose, and disciplined, long range thinking.

Lynda joined Vitruvius in September 2025. As a Director, she contributes independent oversight and strategic insight, supporting the business as it continues to mature, grow, and strengthen its long term foundations.
