Andrew has many years of public and private sector expertise, in NZ, throughout Asia and in the Middle East.  His expertise is primarily in the infrastructure sector, providing policy, strategy, business case and programme/project management services at the highest levels.

Andrew has led large programmes and projects, run large businesses in the sector, developed multi-billion dollar long term strategies, and helped design and set up teams and organisations.  In particular he is highly regarded for supporting organisations to evaluate investment or strategic options then develop and lead procurement and implementation programmes to deliver on the preferred approach.

Andrew is driven to achieve quality results for our clients by leading great teams to deliver successfully against the clients’ objectives.

Bradley has more than two decades’ experience as a chartered civil engineer, programme manager and project controls specialist across rail, aviation, water, civils, maritime and coastal schemes, new commercial buildings and refurbishments.  Bradley has both international and local experience in complex environments, working on major rail and aviation projects.

Being a confident and motivating leader with experience in developing high performing teams, Bradley joined Vitruvius to establish the Auckland office, team, relationships and clients.  Bradley is well known for his personable and intellectual influence to drive and achieve client outcomes.

Scott is a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer and joined Vitruvius in 2017.  Since then he has progressively moved through the ranks and was appointed Director in 2019. Scott’s personable style and his complete commitment to delivery has set him up as a recognised and respected leader in the industry.

Scott leads projects from feasibility through to construction across various sectors including three waters infrastructure, transport (rail and roading), land development, urban spaces, as well as providing strategic advisory services to our clients. Scott has a reputation for delivering complex projects successfully, and ensures clients are taken on the project journey and are kept informed throughout. Scott seeks to share knowledge, experience and ideas with our clients, particularly on identifying and managing risk, advising on procurement strategies, managing stakeholders and developing out-of-the-box and best-for-project solutions. Scott is also highly collaborative and capable of leading multi-discipline designs. 

Selwyn is a seasoned project/programme leader with a strong track record in developing and implementing advisory / design projects of all sizes in the transport sector over a number of years (and has also done so in the water energy, and telecommunications sectors). With proven expertise in leading difficult as well as simple tasks, his strategic decision making, advice and communication skills are standouts for clients. Selwyn is however driven first and foremost by a desire to deliver successful outcomes for our customers and their communities.

Selwyn brings his passion, intellect and motivation to the Wellington office and to our general transport sector team. His personable and influential nature ensures a positive and inspired team.

Simon is a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer, specialising in design management and civil infrastructure design. He has led all stages of high-profile and complex infrastructure projects in New Zealand and in the Middle East.  

Simon is a dynamic leader, experienced in communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations to arrive at optimal solutions. He is also experienced in assessing a complex site, identifying key constraints and optioneering solutions to make informed recommendations. 

Alana is a Chartered Water Engineer with over 8 years’ experience as a consulting engineer. Motivated by outcomes, she seeks to leverage her experience to contribute, add value and deliver on projects with a positive and sustainable impact for the environment and communities.

Alana has worked on small scale projects for private landowners and large scale multi-disciplinary, multi-consultancy projects. Highlights include helping both agro-industries and municipalities navigate the management of wastewater, through a changing regulatory environment; and the design and project management of stormwater infrastructure to support increasing flood resilience.

Alana has experience across the disciplines of stormwater treatment and infrastructure, soakage, flood investigations, pipelines and pumpstations, and technical assessments of environmental effects, with a primary emphasis in wastewater treatment and biosolids, especially treatment/disposal via land.

Andrew is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 10 years’ experience working across a wide range of civil three waters and transport projects. He has successfully delivered comprehensive services across all project phases, from business case development and master planning to design, tender support, contract administration, and construction.

Known for his determination and attention to detail, Andrew leads and collaborates effectively within multidisciplinary teams. His extensive project experience encompasses site selection, master planning, shared path and transport design, three waters infrastructure, land development, river scour protection, and construction monitoring.

Andrew is based in Queenstown and spends his free time in the outdoors. He is a keen runner, mountain biker, skier and tramper.
