Vitruvius has provided a Project Manager to act on behalf of the NZTA through the investigation and onto the Specimen Design Phase.
The investigation has taken 2½ years to complete through which time political and public pressure has been intense.
Vitruvius has provided a Project Manager to manage the delivery of the internal NZTA procedural material, through the Value Assurance Committee approval process and to gain funding into the next phase. The scope has included the construction of tender documentation, tender process management and appointment of a professional services provider to deliver the Specimen Design.
Previously the phase to deliver the Scheme Assessment required the day to day management of the Beca Team as the incumbent Professional Services supplier.
We have continued to support the NZTA through the Challenge Workshop initiatives.
