Our new Company Director will have a passion for new business opportunities and the ability to build strong lasting relationships with our clients, partners, and team members. This is a true Director’s position, strategically leading and influencing our business, employees, and customers. This role has been developed to support the existing two Company Directors and will share the governance portfolios and board responsibilities from the outset.
The role will have an outwardly focused interest in our sectors and services, bringing in market insights for opportunities and further relationships whilst being technically and professionally astute. The role leads directly to a significant ownership model where our Directors are expected to be major shareholders of an employee-owned business.
