What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a passionate team, expect real responsibility, real projects, and real impact.
Here’s what your adventure will look like:
- Supporting the design and delivery of key rail and civil infrastructure projects across Aotearoa.
- Learning the ropes of track and rail civil design and AutoCAD draughting.
- Getting out in the field for site visits and inspections.
- Being mentored by senior and chartered engineers.
- Joining in structured development programmes tailored to grow your skills and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or close to finishing).
- A keen interest in transport, rail, or infrastructure design.
- A friendly communicator who loves teamwork.
- A can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, and curiosity to learn.
- Some exposure to AutoCAD or design software is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
