As Managing Director and a Director of Vitruvius, Andrew combines operational leadership with governance responsibility. He works alongside the Senior Leadership Team to guide day to day performance, while working with the Board to provide long term direction, organisational performance, and stewardship. His focus is on ensuring that strategic intent is clearly defined and consistently translated into practical delivery for Vitruvius’ people, clients, and the communities the company serves.
Within the Board environment, Andrew’s work centres on strategy development, financial oversight, and risk management. He is committed to upholding the values and standards that underpin Vitruvius, maintaining and strengthening its established culture, and further enhancing the organisation’s approach to partnering with clients through innovation, clarity and trust.
Andrew’s background spans more than two decades in infrastructure advisory and programme leadership throughout Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and remains actively involved in the sector, reflecting his long standing commitment to effective infrastructure outcomes and Vitruvius’ ongoing success.
