The aim of this project was to obtain resource consent approval to create a 20 lot lifestyle subdivision as a staged development and carry out the work required to have new titles issued.
Vitruvius was involved with the resource consent approval process, land development engineering, draughting and surveying. Dealing with stormwater on site and designing appropriately, added further complexity.
This project was a high-profile development in the Minden Lifestyle Zone and a Land Transfer survey was required. The development included vesting a large area of native bush as reserve.
