Matt Stuart is a Civil Project Engineer, certified in many areas and has extensive knowledge of the full engineering life cycle from design, assurance, construction, through to the closing out and hand back of projects. Matt has successfully delivered complex multi-disciplinary projects utilizing his systems engineering management skills and his knowledge of business processes and requirements.
Matt’s previous experience has included working at the world leading particle physics campus (CERN) within an international community which has provided him with invaluable experience leading multinational and cultural teams as well as allowing him to present his and his teams work at international physics conferences around the world.  His UK based work has seen him lead and deliver some of the largest UK rail projects in incredibly complex environments.
In challenging situations, Matt provides his team with confidence by his strong drive for proactive communication across clients, contractors, designers, and external stakeholders. The ability to manage resources effectively for long-term benefit, implement efficient solutions, and create streamlined processes has enabled him to establish solid relationships with diverse stakeholders. These positive relationships with teams and clients alike continue to thrive following the completion of projects.
