Olivia is a recent Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Canterbury, where she wrapped up her studies with an impressive final-year research project in transport engineering. This focused on improving public transport efficiency in Christchurch by increasing core bus route frequency and introducing new express services.
Before joining the team at Vitruvius, Olivia interned at Kirk Roberts Consulting, gaining valuable experience in contaminated land assessment and developed a strong foundation in environmental site investigations. Throughout her degree, Olivia found herself especially drawn to courses on the design and treatment of drinking water and wastewater systems. These sparked a real passion for sustainable, community-minded engineering solutions—something she’s excited to bring into her professional journey.
