Kate is a Civil Engineer specialising in project design and construction management. Her previous projects cover a wide range from planning and managing construction of houses for 600 people in Kiribati to programming and MSQA for a 13km bridge in Canada. She has led all stages of projects from feasibility to design development to construction and, attributes project success to pulling together great teams that work toward a common objective. She works closely with clients to ensure a clear understanding of client project objectives and managing expectations as the design and delivery progresses with a no surprises approach.
