Costas has been engaged in consulting engineering for over 50 years in the field of three waters infrastructure (water supply, wastewater and stormwater). He is specialised in the design of pipelines and pumping systems with associated civil design for all three waters disciplines for government bodies, local authorities, commercial clients and developers. He has a proven ability to deliver innovative design solutions for challenging engineering problems and is highly motivated.
Costas has worked in consulting engineering in New Zealand since 1996 before which he worked for engineering consultants in UK and Southern Africa and executed UNICEF water supply projects in the Pacific region. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer (NZ), Chartered Civil Engineer (UK), a Member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (UK) and is a Chartered Environmentalist (UK).
