Ryan is an experienced Project Controls Planner with a Master’s of Civil Engineering, bringing a rare combination of engineering expertise and advanced project controls capability. He specialises in helping clients understand complex projects, manage risk, and make confident decisions through effective planning, scheduling, reporting, delay analysis, and extension of time claims. With six years’ experience in contractor-side construction programming, Ryan has a strong understanding of the common pitfalls that can impact project delivery and uses that knowledge to help clients stay one step ahead.
A recognised Microsoft Project specialist, Ryan led the development of Menlo Tools for Project, an add-in featuring around 80 tools designed to improve programme management, reporting, and quality assurance. He enjoys combining technology, data, and smart planning to develop solutions for client-side challenges, helping clients manage risk, make informed decisions, and achieve successful project outcomes.
