Rob is an expert railway track designer with a wealth of experience in both Australian and New Zealand rail industries. Rob specialises in detailed geometric design, railway component design, earthworks modelling, and draughting using Bentley software. Rob’s knowledge of New Zealand and Australian rail design standards and practices, together with his detailed 3D modelling and visualisation skills, enable him to undertake complete design for application.
Rob has held lead track design roles in large scale design projects such as Pukekohe to Papakura Electrification (P2P), Westfield Yard 3rd Main & Siding Re-spacing (W2QP), Gosford Area Reconstruction & Re-signalling (NSW) as well as design projects nationally for KiwiRail and many Australian rail entities. He has proven his ability to work with multiple disciplines within any project team, focusing on the overall goal to achieve results. Rob is well regarded as an excellent and personable communicator who works hard to deliver against personal and business goals.
