Kei te Rangatira, tēnā koe. Brad joined Vitruvius in 2021 attracted by our way of working and the people / clients we work with and value. Since joining as a Project Manager, Brad has consistently delivered, both commercially and on unfamiliar technical projects, guiding them through design and on site construction (including commissioning management of a rail signaling system) earning client confidence, true to form. This has seen Brad promoted to Senior Project Manager & Service Lead in Poneke where he is now transferring his project leadership skills to team leadership.
Brad has managed numerous projects throughout his 10 year professional career across Food & Beverage, Civil & Waste Water, Pharmaceutical, Health, Commercial, Government, Rail & Infrastructure industries, with a primary focus from design through to contract establishments (NZS3910), construction management and handover. Brad has a reputation for cutting through complexity, simplifying & communicating to provide clarity and understanding amongst team members so they can in turn do their work effectively. Coupled with a personable nature, this has enabled him to manage stakeholders well, including through reporting lines with senior management keeping them informed effectively to steer better project outcomes.
