Kim joined Vitruvius in 2020 and has a strong background in human resources and aligning business strategy to results. Since joining, Kim has worked closely with our Directors to deliver our new brand and identity as well as implementing our people strategy driven by our focus of investing in our people. Kim has a practical approach to delivering positive people solutions that encourage commercial results.
Prior to joining, Kim was working in Dubai for a multinational conglomerate where she played the HR role for business transformation programmes.
